In case you wish to change a product please
- Make sure that it is in its original packaging with its tag and that it has not been used (worn).
- contact ELTA Courier with recipient charge
- Put in the proof of purchase and fill in the return form with your name, contact phonenumber and what you wish to replace the products with.
- Returns are accepted within ten (10) days from the day of receipt.
- Plastic products: In case you bought a product from ermionishop. gr is defective weundertake its replacement without shipping costs of the new product. Always certain after consultation and proven fault of ermionishop. gr.
In each order there is a right to only one (1) return either part of it or in whole. Also, in case
of return there is NO refund, only replacement with another item.
